            "text": "DAVE VISCONI – 441 WHITESVILLE ROAD – I was here several weeks ago regarding the suspected dumping drudge spoils at the Whitesville Business Park. I am following up as it was my understanding Ms. Cipriani would check with the DEP regarding this problem. Attorney Kelly stated he knows it was a subject of a recent municipal court hearing but didn’t know about the DEP issue. He will follow up getting the information for Council. Council President Calogero requested that information be prepared for the next Council meeting. Mr. Visconi stated he was present at that municipal court hearing and it didn’t have anything to do with this topic. Council President Calogero apologized for Ms. Cipriani’s absence and stated more information would be available at the next Council meeting."
