Council President Bressi stated it's a very involved process to be nominated. Mr. Davis stated that he was a member and was accepted and encouraged residents to research the history of the Four Chaplains. Councilman President Bressi stated he is familiar with the history and it is very honorable to be nominated. Mr. Davis thanked Council President Bressi for discussing the history of Chaplains."
