"text": "Mr. Borden advised there has been thought about the recreation comment, and there is a clubhouse and a courtyard area surrounding the clubhouse and there can be a lot of the place there, understanding most of these units are 1 bedroom and the reaming at 2 bedrooms. Mr. Hudak stated its 10:45 p.m., and asked that the summation be held off for the next hearing, which will allow time to finalize the remarks made. Mr. Alfieri advised all comments have been agreed to be addressed. Mr. Riccardi asked if the professionals feel all concerns have been addressed. Mr. Peters stated from a planning perspective the applicant has provided information to address the comments that were made. Mr. Klee added that the applicant has agreed to address outstanding items. Mr. Hudak asked if there are traffic issues. Mr. Peters stated things that were done on site, and there are comments from both offices and the Police Department and there can be a separate meeting and off track there has been concerns heard and they are doing what they are required to do by law and the Board cannot ask the applicant to do more than the county asks and outside agencies are dealt with as a resolution. Mr. Wall mentioned that comments on the recreation amenities and with voting on the narrow piece before the Board and the offsite comments have been illustrated great and it's the NJDOT for the transportation and it's not on Jackson especially since that's a bifurcated street and on that area the application is ready to move forward and there were not comments on the recreation mentioned. Mr. Klee stated the applicant has heard the Board's comment and agreed to incorporate the recreation area and have seen what's proposed. Dr. Campbell stated the Board is looking for a plan for the recreation, and asked if the applicant would come back administratively for the recreation. Mr. Alfieri advised the applicant will prepare a plan for the professionals.",
