            "text": "MICHELLE SCHNEIDER, 710 PALMER AVE., TOMS RIVER – we’re all from Talimar Estates and are concerned about a commercial property located at Block 2, Lot 30.80 at 534 Whitesville Road, Jackson (the old Sam & Paul Drywall Bldg.). We have seen almost over 200 cars there at one time; also boxes going in and out. It is a very dangerous section on a bend and a curve by the tracks. We would like you to look into this as we wanted to make you aware. Council President Nixon stated it is appreciated and the appropriate authority is the Code Enforcement Office. I ask that you speak to Administrator Schlegel after the meeting and make sure that your complaint can be registered. Ms. Schneider asked if the pictures are necessary to file the complaint and Administrator Schlegel advised no. Council President Nixon thanked her for bringing it to Council’s attention."
