As far as prioritizing things there are so many different variables so there is no set mechanism in place. Deputy Mayor Grisanti asked Mr. Brosky if the 115-acre Vista Property was close to him? Mr. Brosky replied he could drive there in five minutes. Mayor Giblin stated that that property backs up to the lake and they will actually be protecting the water because there will be no homes, blacktop and road construction there, as well as passive and active recreation. He believes that on some roads it is more dangerous to slow down the flow of traffic. Committeeman Reilly explained that he takes that road every day. It is a caution on one side and a stop on the other and people are going at a high rate of speed through the caution.
