            "text": "and selective economic growth for the Township, with particular emphasis upon an enlightened and responsible program to create clean commercial and industrial development in locations within the Township that are consistent with the Master Plan and Land Use Regulations of the Township. The Economic Development Advisory Committee shall consist of 17 members. The Committee shall consist of two members of the Township Council; the Mayor or his or her designee; the Business Administrator or designee; the Township Engineer or designee of said firm; JTMUA Director or designee; Planning Board Chairman or designee from the Board; Zoning Board Chairman or designee from the Board; President of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce or designee; Township Planner or designee of said firm; Construction Code Official. The remaining six members of the Committee shall be residents of the Township of Jackson, three of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and the other three by the Township Council."
