            "text": "Millcreek is “entitled” to apply for and receive an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) pursuant to the provisions of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended."

The funds are to be used to undertake activities that address the township’s community development and/or housing needs as identified in Millcreek’s Five Year Consolidated Plan (CP), and which principally benefits low-to-moderate income persons. Additionally, the Township is to take actions to “affirmatively further fair housing”."
