The proposed parking structure design has been formally presented to SMAA and the rental car tenants and has been accepted as the path forward to meet the needs of the project."

We will utilize vendor services for precast garage design support and have already been in contact with Coreslab Structures and Dura-Stress, both of whom have provided design input, concept drawings, preliminary engineering and pricing. The estimated cost for this parking structure will range from $17M – 20M."
